The châteaux of the Loire Valley are part of the architectural heritage of the historic towns of Amboise, Angers, Blois, Chinon, Nantes, Orléans, Saumur, and Tours along the Loire River in France. They illustrate the ideals of the Renaissance and the Age of the Enlightenment on French thought and design in the Loire Valley.


I castelli della Loira sono oltre 300 castelli situati nella Valle della Loira ed in valli trasversali, nel centro della Francia. I castelli sono stati costruiti a partire dal X secolo quando i sovrani di Francia, seguiti dalla nobiltà di corte, scelsero la valle per le loro dimore estive. Un magnifico Tour, visitando alcuni tra i più splenditi Catelli nella Valle della Loira: Chenonceaux, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Chambord, Azay le Rideau, Casa di Leonardo.
